WESTMINSTER STRATEGIC STUDIES GROUP
International affairs for younger professionals

ABOUT US
The Westminster Strategic Studies Group brings together young professionals with a shared interest in international affairs. Through monthly dinners and speaker events, we explore pressing issues in defence, security, and foreign policy, fostering informed discussion and building a network of emerging voices in the strategic community. Our speakers range from diplomats and elected politicians to members of the intelligence services and beyond, offering members direct access to those shaping the world around us.
MONTHLY DINNERS
Engage with experts in the field of international affairs through our monthly speaker series. Our events provide unique insights
for younger professionals interested in global issues.
EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES
Apply to compete in our prestigious Oliver Mitchell Memorial Essay Contest, running in the spring of each year. Last year's winning prizes included a 2-week paid internship at a political consultancy and finalists were invited to an awards dinner at the House of Commons.
